SHIPPING / DELIVERY
- MiamiKicks.Com will automatically ship to the billing address of the
credit card used for the purchase. An acceptation will be made for deployed
military personnel only.
- Customers are responsible for providing a full valid address
including apartment number as applicable for delivery. Customers are responsible for getting mail forwarding if they are moving.
Customers can also provide an optional email address and phone number.
- MiamiKicks.Com shoes are mostly shipped FOB point-of-shipment freight prepaid using EMS Global Shipping.
- MiamiKicks.Com reserves the right to ship your package with the carrier of our choice. (USPS, FedEx, UPS, DHL and etc.) A signature is required for the package. If no one is home; the shoes can be picked up at the post office or carrier station. (Bring ID).
- It takes about 48-72hrs to process all payments and 7-21 business days for the shoes to arrive
after the payment has cleared.
- All shoes are shipped with or without the box at our Discretion.
- Customers will receive an email from MiamiKicks.Com when their order is processed with an expected date of arrival.
- All products are shipped from China .
- MiamiKicks.Com will never ship COD.

Liquidation sales.
- In some instances (not all); there may be a customs charge applied to your package.
- Buyer is responsible for all customs charges (duty and tax) applied to your package and MiamiKicks.Com
has no idea what these costs amount to. By purchasing with us; you must
abide to all customs fees which we cannot control. If you refuse the arrival
of your package; you will be responsible for the shipping and a 25%
restocking fee.
- MiamiKicks.Com cannot control any option or right that customs or any governing authority holds. By purchasing from MiamiKicks.Com; you are agreeing with our terms that we are not responsible for any actions taken by customs.
- Shipping is $15.00 for the 1 st pair and $10 ea additional pair for all customers in the Continental United States. (Includes AK and HI)
- International Shipping is $35 for the 1 st pair and $10 ea additional pair. (Includes APO/FPO, PR, VI and Guam )
